Refund policy

At Baby Beige Co. we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Exclusions apply for the below items to be returned;

  • Final Sale - All sale or archive sale item/s are final and not eligible for a exchange or credit note
  • Swimwear
  • Gift Cards are not eligible for a return

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. If merchandise is returned despite this policy, items will be sent back to you at an additional charge. We will not be held responsible for shipping and handling costs for the return item (including packaging). If the item does not reach us safely, Baby Beige and Co will not be held responsible. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. For returns on faulty items, you will be refunded in full, minus all shipping charges

Exchanges
Please note, we will only swap or exchange items if we have them in stock, otherwise, a store credit will be issued. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
