Shipping policy

Baby Beige Co. is not responsible for parcels that are lost, damaged or delayed in transit due to the fault of Australia Post, DHL or other delivery carrier - we will trace your parcel on your behalf and do everything we can to locate your parcel, and lodge an investigation if required. A gift voucher less any "return to sender" fees will be issued for all parcels which are "returned to sender". The cost to resend parcels that have been sent back to us as "return to sender" will be the responsibility of the purchaser and not Baby Biege Co. 

Order processing times are 1-2 day upon receiving a notification of an order.
